Mangaluru, December 18, 2025:Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in association with Parijan PU College, Someshwar, Kotkar, organized an NSS One Day Community Outreach Programme on the theme Quality of Education on December 18, 2025. The programme was conducted as part of the institution’s continuous efforts to promote awareness and holistic learning among students.
The session was led by Ms. Rachana as the resource person, who addressed students on the true meaning and importance of quality education. She emphasized how education plays a vital role in building confidence, ensuring career success, and shaping responsible citizens. The session also highlighted common challenges faced by students such as exam pressure, stress, and rote-based learning, and explained how quality education can help overcome these barriers.
During the interaction, students were encouraged to understand the value of education beyond textbooks. The resource person stressed that quality education fosters communication skills, teamwork, creativity, leadership qualities, and overall personality development. The session was informative, engaging, and well received by the participants.
The programme was efficiently organized by Sai Hanshita, Yakshith, Shashank, and Thanmayee, NSS volunteers of Swastika National Business School. The outreach initiative reflected the institution’s commitment to community engagement, student development, and the promotion of meaningful education.
